I've hit my download limit. What now?
Tips for downloading music to your device
Each purchase comes with a set number of downloads (usually 5). Every time you tap a download button the counter goes down by one, even if the file never showed up on your device. That catches people out in two common ways:
You opened the link inside Facebook, Instagram or another app's built-in browser. Those browsers often can't save files, so tapping again and again uses up your downloads with nothing to show for it. Copy the link into Chrome or Safari instead.
You're logged into the store with a different email than the one you used at checkout, or someone else's account is still signed in on your device. Log out, then log back in with the exact email from your order confirmation.
If you're genuinely out of downloads, reply to your order confirmation email or contact the store's support team. They can reset your downloads in a couple of clicks. You can also stream your music any time from the store's Music page without using a download.
